Shipping:

Shipping rates are calculated in real time from the Canada Post server once you have placed your order. You can see what the cost is after you input your shippign information and before you enter your payment details. If you have any questions please email me

Shipping within Canada is by Expedited Parcel which is the most economical way. Insurance against loss to the value of your order is included automatically so if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time (which can vary from 1 day to several depending on where you are in the country) please contact me and I will send you the tracking information.

Shipping to the USA and to the rest of the world is either by small packet air or by expedited parcel.
Items under 1Kg (2.2lbs) and under $100.00CDN can go by small packet air. Anything heavier or of a higher value goes by Expedited (and it trackable). The only disadvantage to small packet air is that it is not trackable - its is however quite economical and starts at $6.94 to the US and $7.90 to the rest of the world.

Express:

I will also send via Canada Post's's Xpress Post upon request and for an extra charge. Please ask me for a quote.
I do not recommend using UPS, Fedex etc - brokerage charges may apply that can cost more than the value of the parcel

Shipping Time:

Please note that parcels sent by air to the USA may take 10 business days or more to arrive as they go through US Customs.
Recent events have lengthened shipping times as items are checked more thoroughly.

Any fees, duties, taxes levied by your home country are not within my control. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what if any you will have to pay

Handling Charges: I do not charge a handling fee- ever
