Shipping within Canada is free over $60.00CDN and a flat $6.00 under $60.00. Parcels ship by Expedited Canada Post and are insured against loss for the full value of your order. Expedited can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days depending on where you are in the country.

Shipping to the USA is free over $90.00 CDN and a flat $9.00 under $90.00. I am not going to charge you the full flat rate if you are only ordering a single skein or a pattern but any adjustments will be done when I process your order. Parcels ship either by small packet air or by expedited parcel. Items under 1Kg (2.2lbs) and under $100.00CDN can go by small packet air. Anything heavier or of a higher value goes by Expedited (and it trackable). The only disadvantage to small packet air is that it is not trackable. Parcels to the US usually take about 10 business days

Shipping to the rest of the world is either by small packet air or by expedited parcel.
Items under 1Kg (2.2lbs) and under $100.00CDN can go by small packet air. Anything heavier or of a higher value goes by Expedited (and is trackable). The only disadvantage to small packet air is that it is not trackable. Rates for small packet air international start at $8.15 . I do not recommend small packet surface international as I have experienced a high rate of loss by this method. It also takes 60days in most cases to reach the destination.

Express:

I will also send via Canada Post's's Xpress Post upon request and for an extra charge. Please ask me for a quote.
I do not recommend using UPS, Fedex etc - brokerage charges may apply that can cost more than the value of the parcel

Shipping Time:

Please note that parcels sent by air to the USA may take 10 business days or more to arrive as they go through US Customs.
Recent events have lengthened shipping times as items are checked more thoroughly.

Any fees, duties, taxes levied by your home country are not within my control. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what if any you will have to pay
